- Initial client enquiry
- Form site plan to scale
- Incorporate site plan with new or pre-existing design
- Provide detailed cost schedule
- Letter of client intent drawn up
- Permissions saught from relevant authorities
- Programme of work formulated
- Manufacture of off-site components
- Initiate and proceed with all site work
- Work signed off on completion
Each step is, of course, regulated by client consultation.
